- 2000 New construction of single showers in the camping
- 2001 renovation of the swimming pool and construction of the wellness area
- 2002 Construction of Hotel parking garage for the future
- 2003 Conversion of the "2 star inn" in a "3 star hotel S 'with the relocation of the business, an additional bar of the restaurant with self service area by Thomas Rinner, opening of the Hotel Vermoi
